For the international launch of our strategic Electronic Medical Record ORBIS (U) we are looking for an Application Specialist Nursing
Subject matter expertise in ORBIS module(s)
Subject matter expertise for Health Product Management in a hospital
Define and follow up on serviceability requirements to the R&D teams
Training and supporting the local service organization
Taking the lead in pilot projects in cooperation with product management
Guide/assist in the first deployments of a new country/region
Assisting/supporting on unblocking escalation sites, problem sites
Maintaining and reviewing documentation, manuals and training material
A degree in computer science or medical informatics, alternatively a completed IT-technical training and / or pharmaceutical-technical, medical or nursing training.
If possible, professional experience in one of the areas of ward communication, OR, anesthesia, intensive care, nursing workstation, inpatient and/or outpatient patient administration - but also welcome HealthCare IT consultants.
You have experience in handling with legal regulations common practical and theoretical problems and best practices in a hospital or healthcare related environment
Teamwork - the ability to work both within the Service team, Support team and Product management
You have a team player attitude, capable of coaching and mentoring consultants in the local organizations
You have the capability of abstracting generic requirements from specific requirements to discuss these with solution and product management
Business process modelling knowledge is beneficial
You are an excellent communicator cultivating an open, inspiring and supportive style of leadership, capable of presenting technical topics to colleagues and customers and engaging in discussions in a most positive and solution-oriented way
High motivation and strong sense of responsibility, independence as well as excellent collaboration skills, and a pragmatic "can-do" attitude that strives for excellence in delivery
You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including public-speaking skills
You have strong organizational skills & you can meet deadlines
Self-management skills and self-started attitude is highly valued
Willingness to travel in the regions where ORBIS is deployed (appr. 10% of your time)
