We are looking for Sales Advisors to join our direct sales team. Sales Advisors are responsible for guiding our B2C students in making life-changing decisions to take their professional careers to the next level. We are seeking individuals with experience in direct-to-consumer sales, who can humanize the purchasing experience at Platzi. We need articulate, empathetic individuals with a strong sense of follow-up.
Generate sales opportunities with our students by presenting the various product benefits, persuading, handling objections, and ultimately closing the sale and confirming the purchase, providing students with total confidence and peace of mind regarding their investment and how to maximize it.
Exceed monthly sales targets by creating new and improved sales strategies and follow-up.
Participate in strategic discussions, always proposing based on Data and Insights, avoiding vague suggestions and instead focusing on specific action plans to improve team results.
Follow up with students through different communication channels, managing agreed payment commitments, and activating new students.
Maintain accurate and clear information in our CRM, ensuring transparency and reliability regarding results.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in areas such as direct sales, customer retention, and cross-selling with multichannel communications.
Experience in sales, preferably cold calling, with a consultative approach.
Goal-oriented mindset, demonstrated by consistently exceeding monthly performance indicators.
Knowledge, understanding, and application of various sales techniques, including objection handling and closing strategies.
Ability to build strong relationships with potential clients and students through effective, assertive service, highlighting a customer-centric attitude.
Experience using digital tools (CRM, progressive and predictive dialers, omnichannel tools) for project management and ticket tracking, with a curiosity for technology.
Strong oral and written communication skills, along with interpersonal abilities that facilitate negotiation processes, such as persuasion, empathy, active listening, and other socio-emotional skills.
Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
Intermediate conversational English (B1 or higher) is essential.
