Destsetters, one of the most innovative tourism marketing agencies, is seeking a talented Hotel Branding Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring our branding projects are executed flawlessly, reflecting our commitment to quality and creativity in the tourism industry. As a Hotel Branding Specialist, you will play an integral role in the conceptualization and execution of the branding and marketing channels of new hotel properties.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Branding Manual Development: Create comprehensive branding manuals for new hotels, including visual elements, branding guidelines, and strategic recommendations.
  • Social Media Creation: Develop social media profiles and create sample posts, designs, and templates to establish a strong online presence.
  • Web Content Development: Develop engaging and cohesive content for (Wix) websites, ensuring that the presentation aligns with the hotel’s brand identity.
  • B2B Presentations: Create professional presentations for hotels to present to B2B collaborators, highlighting key branding elements and unique selling points.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform branding strategies. Analyze data and feedback to continually improve branding efforts.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Media Studies, Content Creation, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Canva for designing visually appealing content tailored to the hospitality industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous branding projects and work.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.
