YOUR MISSION

As a (Senior) Talent Manager at Factor Eleven, your mission is to attract, identify, and nurture top talent to build a dynamic and high-performing teams to help us build SaaS digital advertisement products. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that we are a sought-after employer. Your expertise will help us scale effectively while maintaining our innovative and collaborative spirit.

You will be very closely working with the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead and tech leadership team, supporting in all TA topics and helping the company to scale up. This will significantly enhance your skills in recruiting and ensure a steep learning curve. Daily, you will be working with advanced tools for talent acquisition and retention, including ATS, performance management tools and many more.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment cycle of our tech roles, from writing job posting, participating in briefing calls, active sourcing, first-round interviews, candidate selection, and offer negotiation

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and attract top candidates, including job boards, social networks, and other sources.

Interviewing and Selection: Conduct and coordinate interviews and assessments, providing valuable feedback to hiring managers and ensuring a fair selection process.

Candidate Experience: Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from the first touchpoint till the end of probation period.

Talent Retention: Assist in all initiatives, related to talent retention, including researching the tools and approaches to bring our efforts to the next level.

Employer Branding: Initiate and drive projects connected to employer branding to build and develop our brand and reputation as an employer of choice.

Collaboration: Support your peers and other colleagues in all recruiting topics, e.g., by providing guidance and training on our Applicant Tracking System.

Documentation: Create documentation on Confluence on all topics related to Talent Acquisition and Retention.

Constant Improvement: Constantly look for potential ways how to improve the recruitment process to meet the needs of our company and the teams.

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and retention, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Recruiting for tech roles is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Organizational: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Tech-savvy: First experience in using HR software, ATS systems, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes is a big plus, but not mandatory.

Empathetic: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and relate to the needs and aspirations of candidates and employees.

Detail-oriented: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
