A US-based software company dedicated to enhancing the online presence of merchants in the Shopify ecosystem.
We are currently looking for a detail oriented Implementation Specialist with a strong background in content management systems to help deliver our e-commerce storefronts. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in content management systems to manage and optimize Shopify stores. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each merchant’s content model accurately reflects their data structure. You will also enter the data provided by the merchant into their Shopify store, ensuring both accuracy and completeness.
Your efforts will directly contribute to the enhancement of online merchant presence, driving customer engagement, and optimizing user experiences across multiple Shopify stores.
You will submit your initial requirements (personal information, resume, etc.) through our job portal, where we'll collect key information about your work experience, skills, and qualifications.
If you're shortlisted, you'll complete a pre-screening by recording your responses to a few questions via audio or video. We'll use this to get a sense of your motivation, energy, and overall fit for the role.
Next, you will participate in a Top-Grading Interview with one of our recruiters. Well dive into your past experiences, strengths, challenges, and work history to understand how you might perform in future roles. Additionally, we will ask you to submit a short video recording, following our provided guidelines, which will be shared with the client as part of your endorsement.
After the interview, you will complete a skills assessment, which could involve practical tasks, technical tests, or situational exercises to show how you would handle scenarios related to the job.
If you pass the skills assessment, you'll have a final interview with the hiring client. This is where you'll discuss the roles responsibilities, expectations, and how you would fit into their team.
If selected, you will receive a formal job offer that includes all the details, such as salary, benefits, and your start date
Once you accept the offer, you'll begin our onboarding process, which includes training and orientation to get you fully prepared for your new role.
