Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Solution Architect

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Solution Architect you will: • Interact with prospects/clients to understand business requirements • Demonstrate Dynamics CRM solution capabilities to the client • Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report • Create solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements • Advise on complex Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on CRM, 3rd parties and customizations • Assist sales and presales teams with preparing proposals, client presentations and support the sale of professional services when necessary • Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code • Use proven methodologies to deliver successful projects You’re great at:• Multitasking, being flexible & paying close attention to detail • Working in a highly collaborative team environment • Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex CRM issues with creative solutions • Resolving client conflicts and/or escalated issues while maintaining composure in a stressful situation • Mentoring and guiding junior consultants on best practices/approaches • Learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly • Promoting the mission and Shared Values of our company Requirements• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS or related field • 5+ years of solution architect experience working with recent versions of Dynamics CRM Online • 5+ years of experience including expertise in Dynamics CRM implementations as well as application deployment and/or distributed system implementation • Hands-on experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide CRM implementation with focus on presales/business development as well as engagement delivery • Deep know-how and proved record of applying CRM in one or more industries, Financial Services and Public Sector preferred • Proven experience in presales activities including Proof of Concepts, Demo, Presentations and positioning in front of C-Level Executives • Ability to envision, architect, and evangelize CRM solutions with clients • An understanding of the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code • Proven experience with estimating, scoping, and writing effective SOW’s that set expectations and limit risk • Ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks • Ability to move between high level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves" level of performing all phases of a CRM delivery project BenefitsWe offer competitive pay with and performance-based bonus.
