IAT Insurance Group has an immediate opening for a Manager, Accounts Receivable Management in one of our following locations:
• Lancaster, CA
• Pasadena, CA
• Cheshire, CT
• Kansas City, MO
This role is responsible for the design, execution and ongoing effectiveness of accounts receivable strategies, policies, procedures and initiatives for the organization. This role is responsible for working to resolve Accounts Receivable issues and identify areas for improvement. Please note, IAT works on a hybrid schedule, working from the office Monday through Wednesday with the option of working remotely Thursday and Friday.
Responsibilities:- Provides leadership to assigned staff by leading organizational change; developing and empowering staff; cultivating relationship.
- Builds effective teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals; driving engagement and creating a climate where staff are motivated to do their best.
- Develops and directs process for accounts receivable including collection activities with internal and external agencies.
- Maintains positive and strategic relationships with business leaders, Operations team, and other internal and external clients.
- Actively participates in ongoing development of new products and technologies, g. serves as the Domain Owner for the Billing portion of the Business Technology Modernization Project (Unity).
- Gathers, analyzes, and reports data related to the performance of the department and changes the status quo by making recommendations for process improvements to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leads the technical and analytical support for key production-related activities and projects within the Accounts Receivable Management team.
- Mentors’ supervisors and team members to produce consistent, high-quality deliverables.
- Establishes, monitors and enforces policies and procedures and internal control.
- Participates in strategic conversations with other department leaders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field or equivalent
- Equivalent is defined as 8 years of relevant experience
- Must have 2-3 years of leadership experience
- Working knowledge of accounts receivable
- Ability to build effective working relationship across the enterprise

Compensation:Please note, the annual salary range associated with this posting is $68,345 – $108,280. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary for this position. The total compensation will include a base salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, 401(K) match, profit-sharing opportunities, and more. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographical location related to this specific role.
