We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our client's expanding sales team. This role provides a unique opportunity to be part of a hyper-growth YC-backed startup with significant comp package and career growth potential. This position is ideal for a driven sales professional looking to make an impact in the healthcare tech industry.
Manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing) in the Mid-Market segment
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and new logos targets
Develop a strong pipeline through a consultative sales approach and strategic outreach to assigned accounts
Educate prospects on improving their patient billing processes using the client's platform
At least 2 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience (from prospecting to closing) in the Mid-Market segment
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
Ideally, sales background in ERP, financial management software, or risk management solutions
Proficiency in sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach, Groove, SalesNav, etc.)
Ability to work from the office in Downtown San Francisco, CA
Competitive base compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 (negotiable based on experience)
OTE (On-Target Earnings): $160,000 - $220,000 (negotiable based on experience)
