Our client is seeking a dedicated Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring clients receive outstanding service and achieve their marketing goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their success with the company’s services

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and the company, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand clients’ business goals, marketing objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and strategies.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities.

Onboarding and Training:

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our company’s services and processes.
  • Provide training and support to clients on using tools, platforms, and best practices to maximize their success.

Campaign Management and Optimization:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective execution and optimization of client campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend adjustments to improve results.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution.

Performance Reporting:

  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Analyze data to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest strategies for improvement.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions.

Client Advocacy:

  • Advocate for clients’ needs and interests within the company, ensuring that their feedback is heard and addressed.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that could benefit clients.

Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, Google Ads, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with clients to help them stay ahead in their digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related role within a digital marketing or advertising environment.
  • C1 English Level
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (Hubspot) and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience working with Clickup, Hubspot and Slack
  • Experience with Google Ads
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
  • Facebook Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
  • Previous experience working with creative and media teams.
