WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the Deputy Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of the CEO's and Chief of Staff's most important strategic priorities. Working directly with executive leadership, you will execute critical projects, support C-level leadership meetings and retreats, and help manage enterprise-wide initiatives. You will optimize executive workflow, tackle strategic imperatives, and ensure high-priority projects are executed effectively and efficiently. This position offers a unique opportunity for an early-career professional to grow rapidly through enterprise-level responsibilities, development opportunities, and engagement with MGT’s Chief of Staff and executive team.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Office of the CEO: Ensure the CEO’s and Chief of Staff’s time is optimized for maximum productivity. Assist in managing workflow, preparing for key meetings, tracking and executing on action items, and engaging cross-functional teams to implement organizational priorities.
  • Plan and Execute Leadership Meetings & Retreats: Help organize and manage critical leadership engagements such as executive team meetings, business reviews, quarterly leadership retreats, board meetings, and major conferences.
  • Drive Special Projects & Strategic Priorities: Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff on executing special projects aligned with the organization’s top strategic goals. This includes contributing to the implementation of enterprise-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and addressing other organizational needs as they arise.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business (Administration/Management, Strategy, Finance, or similar), Economics, Statistics, Communications or related fields.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles with a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • High-Quality Deliverables: Capable of producing top-tier presentations, reports, and documents efficiently, especially under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Proactive and Action-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and get things done. Focused on leading with solutions.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate and aggressively respond to challenges and opportunities and respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, able to influence and engage executive leaders, and motivate cross-functional teams.
