We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Product Manager with a passion for health and wellness to lead our digital product strategy and growth. This role will oversee the management of our Shopify platform, integrating key systems like D365, Loop, and Extensiv to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce, particularly within vitamins and supplements, and will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Shopify Platform Management: Oversee and maintain the Shopify platform, ensuring seamless performance and integration with other digital systems such as D365, Loop, Prive, Okendo and Extensiv.
• Product Strategy & Development: Lead the development and launch of e-commerce products, including our vitamins and supplements brands, while aligning with overall business goals.
• Customer-Centric Digital Experience: Focus on creating a superior customer experience by integrating commerce, content, and community, ensuring the platform is both functional and engaging.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product packaging, marketing, operations teams across different regions (Malaysia, US, Hong Kong) to ensure smooth implementation and integration of digital initiatives.
• Data-Driven Insights: Monitor, analyze, and act on e-commerce performance metrics, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize platform functionality, drive growth, and improve user engagement. Knowledge in Shopify website optimization and UX/UI is a major plus.
• Technical Support & Optimization: Provide technical support for e-commerce systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Optimize system configurations to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
• Market Growth & Innovation: Drive digital product innovation, leveraging Shopify apps and integrations to enhance the platform, keep operations streamlined, and keep it competitive in the market.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in product management and e-commerce platform management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Shopify.
• Proven track record in launching and managing digital products, especially within the vitamins, supplements, or similar consumer goods space. Health & wellness experience and interest is a huge plus.
• Strong background in Shopify and/or other e-commerce platforms, with the ability to configure and optimize them for seamless performance.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and ERP (D365, Extensiv) for integrations with finance, fulfillment and operations.
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies, with the ability to collaborate with engineering teams effectively.
• Expertise in using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel etc) to interpret performance metrics and drive decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail in both technical and strategic aspects of product management.
• Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for e-commerce growth, aligning with marketing and business goals.
• Experience leading product development from conception to launch, with a focus on scaling and innovation.
• Experience working with international markets, particularly in the US, Asia, and Hong Kong, with an understanding of cultural nuances and localization needs.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery using tools like Notion, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• AI enthusiast and strong user of ChatGPT and other similar tools to 10x productivity and problem solving. This is a must.
