JOB OVERVIEW

Develops and executes integrated campaigns aimed at generating engagement, retention, and expansion of existing Net Health clients. This role involves helping to drive customer-facing campaigns with a focus on flawless execution, an attention to detail, and a passion for marketing technology. The Customer Marketing Junior Associate role is an integral part of the customer journey post-sale. In this role, you will help manage and oversee customer engagement and expansion programs & tactics in partnership with the Director of Customer Marketing. This role involves creating, deploying, testing, and monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with Net Health customer personae. In addition to overall communications, this role will also assist in planning in-person events, namely our NEXT annual client conference.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Retention & Engagement: Drive engagement with targeted nurture campaigns for thought leadership content, client education & training. Leverage Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) content from Demand Gen. team for customer engagement & expansion campaigns
  • Expansion: In support of upsell & expansion, build targeted nurture campaigns for expansion. Key focus segments include reaching more decision makers and c-suite influencers.
  • Renewal: Contract renewal campaigns to secure early contract renewals
  • Executional support of Client live events & virtual webinars
  • Customer Communications Tracking: Own the ‘dashboard’ that tracks all customer comms. that flow through marketing and are produced by marketing.
  • Basic Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as open rate, click rate, click-through rate, and more. Provide insights to help improve future campaigns.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and how we leverage the platform for customer comms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the marketing team, including demand generation (specifically TOFU team lead), product marketing, digital, and creative teams, to ensure that campaigns are aligned and executed effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Entry level role with a passion for marketing, marketing technology & communications (0-2 years)
  • Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting. Ability to interpret data to make informed decisions about campaign performance.
  • Learning Orientation: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and marketing strategies.

REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

  • Marketing Automation Platforms: Familiarity with a marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo). Experience with campaign setup and basic automation tasks is a plus.
  • CRM Platforms: Basic knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, including understanding how to track leads and manage customer data.
