As the Staff Product Marketing Manager for HRIS and Payroll at Lattice, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and positioning our products for success. This highly visible position requires a marketing leader to navigate a fast-paced environment and become the internal expert on our HRIS and Payroll solutions and the HR tech landscape at large.

What You Will Do

  • Work collaboratively across demand, content, social, web, and events to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Lattice's HRIS and Payroll products
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Lattice in the HR tech market
  • Conduct primary and secondary in-depth market research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, buying behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends
  • Partner closely with the product team to influence feature prioritization, roadmap development, and product differentiation
  • Work with sales and solutions to create engaging sales demos, effective enablement training and deliverables, improve win rates, and accelerate deal cycles
  • Serve as the go-to expert on HRIS and Payroll products within Lattice, providing insights and guidance across departments regarding product and GTM strategy
  • Analyze product performance metrics and market feedback to continuously refine product roadmap and marketing strategies

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in HR tech
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market and driving adoption
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex features into compelling benefits
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-starter with excellent project management skills
  • Passion and ability to work in a fast-paced, 0-1 environment

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $157,000 - $196,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
