We seek a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Customer Onboarding Liaison to join our client’s team. This role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers, assisting them in setting up their accounts and guiding them through the initial stages of their engagement. The ideal candidate will also support administrative tasks and contribute to marketing efforts and lead generation if they have relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process.
  • Assist customers in setting up and configuring their accounts.
  • Guide customers through granting access to their Google Ads, social media accounts, and websites.
  • Ensure that all onboarding tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, addressing any customer questions or concerns.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Provide general administrative support to the founder, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.
  • Maintain and update customer records and internal databases.
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Design experience is a plus; Canva experience is a plus.

Marketing Support (Bonus):

  • Contribute to lead generation efforts, including researching potential leads and assisting with outreach initiatives.
  • Automate internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Leverage any marketing experience to support various marketing campaigns and activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with a background in customer support or onboarding.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in using Google Ads, social media platforms, and website management tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience in marketing or lead generation is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with process automation tools and techniques is a plus.

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
