About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action that will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans: Create and maintain project plans that outline the tasks, timelines, resources, and risks associated with the project.
  • Manage and lead the project team: Assemble, lead, and motivate a team of technical specialists to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them updated on the project's progress, status, and any potential risks or issues.
  • Facilitate project meetings and manage the project information capture process.
  • Test and deploy the product or service: Manage the team to test and deploy the product to the production environment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks: Identify and assess potential risks to the project and develop plans to mitigate them.
  • Manage change requests: Identify and propose change requests to the project scope or schedule.
  • Manage the project budget: Track and manage the project budget to ensure that the project is completed within budget. Ensure accurate reporting of budget to actuals both internally and to the customer following procedures.
  • Prepare project reports: Create and maintain project reports that document the project's progress, status, and potential risks or issues.
  • Keep up with the latest technologies and trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the field to ensure that the project is delivered using the most appropriate and effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards and procedures: Ensure that the project is executed in accordance with all relevant project standards and procedures.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations: Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that they are satisfied with the project's progress and outcome.
  • Contribute to the organization's overall success: Contribute to the organization's overall success by delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Identify and implement best practices: Identify and implement best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the project management process.
  • Escalating issues to senior management: Escalating any major issues or problems to senior management for resolution.
  • Documenting the project's lessons learned: Documenting the project's lessons learned to be used on future projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Cloud-based SaaS Product project management, with a track record of successful project delivery of customer projects
  • Strong ability to understand stakeholder needs, write thorough business requirements, and possess a strategic mindset to advise and manage both external and internal stakeholders
  • Extensive expertise in Cloud-based SaaS Product Service Delivery, Project Management, and Business Analysis
  • Experience in working with various teams in creating a harmonious transition environment during project implementation
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Possess analytical, computer, and math skills
  • Strong coordination and excellent project management skills, stakeholder management, and Excellent reporting and documentation skills to ensure timely, clear, and concise information flow among all stakeholders
  • Comfortable and agile to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to face urgent requests with a clear mindset of processes
  • Good sense of problem-locating, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Applied Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and similar methodologies; PMP or other project management certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of new and established software systems (i.e. Salesforce, Document Generation Products, CPQ /CLM products,)
