Title Manager, Sales, Penguin Random House (Open to Remote)
The Sales Department at Penguin Random House seeks a Title Manager to join our Adult In-House Sales team. Working closely with the Group Sales Director, Imprint Sales Team, Sales, Publishing, and Inventory, this highly visible and fast-paced role is responsible for the day-to-day positioning and tracking of PPG initials, reprints, and reorders.
The Title Manager interacts and communicates with employees across various levels and functions within the company and maintains information physical hardcover, trade paperback, and mass-market paperback titles in all fiction and nonfiction genres.
Our ideal candidate has bookstore or publisher experience, is highly motivated, enthusiastic about publishing, and enjoys reading broadly and often. We are looking for a detail-oriented, meticulous self-starter who loves books of all types and is invested in the process of bringing them to a wide readership, has strong writing skills, communicates clearly, is comfortable asking for help when needed, wants to be an active participant on a collaborative team, and can handle the details of immediately urgent tasks but also remember to step back, consider the big picture, and adjust strategy when needed.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $73,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
