Support business users with scoping, analysis, design, development, and implementation of standard and customized processes relating to SAP functional modules.
Conduct system configuration, testing and related user training.
Provide continuous improvement and support of SAP to develop solutions, based on business requirements to maximize SAP functionality, additionally, evaluate and recommend changes to the current system to meet organisational needs.
Coordinate with external consulting partners to organize project resources and tasks.
Monitor and resolve assigned IT ERP tickets.
Create and verify accuracy of reports, whilst providing training to business users for report generation.
Create and update documentation covering SAP processes and implemented projects.
Undergraduate degree in the field of computer science, information technology, business administration, engineering, or equivalent degree.
3+ years of SAP implementation/support experience required.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign.
Excellent IT skills, highly proficient in Microsoft suite.
Manufacturing experience required and must have extensive knowledge of end-to-end business processes in a manufacturing facility.
Excellent understanding of project management principles, experience leading ERP projects, and willingness to work in cross functional teams.
Good communication skills with the ability to communicate across all departments and employee levels.
