YOUR IMPACT:

As a Solutions Consultant you will be a key part of the presales/sales team. You will work together with Account Executives, Global Services Consultants and strategic Partners throughout the sales cycle. You will work closely with customers to understand their business and requirements and drive key steps in the sales process. You will participate in sales account planning and sales strategy development with Account Executives and sales leadership.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

  • As part of the presales organization, you will engage directly with customers during the sales process to understand their needs and align it to key OpenText technologies
  • Be a critical part of the sales team in collaboration with Account Executives, Global Services Consultants, and Strategic Partners
  • Customize and deliver technical demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage RFP and RFI responses and processes.
  • Develop and present proof of concepts.
  • Represent OpenText at industry events and trade shows.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
  • 5+ years in a presales technical role, with content management experience preferred.
  • Must possess strong presence, business acumen, and excellent presentation and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in solution selling and value-based approaches.
  • Ability to configure and customize solution demos.
  • Proven track record in presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences including IT, business, and senior management.
  • Knowledge in SAAS and cloud platforms, and experience selling to marketing departments, are advantageous.
