Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Administrator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, assisting with sales processes, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information.
  • Prepare sales reports, track key metrics, and provide data analysis to support sales strategies.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, finance, and customer support.

Requirements
