UI/UX Designer

In Natech we are looking to hire a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Product Design Team. As a UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with functional and cross-functional teams and report to the Head of Technology Innovation.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate closely with the Lead Product Designer to contribute to the design and development of design systems for mobile and web applications, with a focus on a central mobile banking app product.
• Adapt and customize UI components to align with client-specific branding and usability needs.
• Participate in the development of user-centered designs, ensuring consistency and a high-quality experience across all platforms.
• Take part in design reviews, provide feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and enhance the user experience.
• Stay up to date with UX/UI trends and best practices, applying them to ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma, ideally with experience in using variables and leveraging Figma’s advanced features for design systems.
• Proven experience in the creation or contribution to a design system, with a clear understanding of reusable components.
• A portfolio that includes at least one completed project, demonstrating the design process, implementation, and steps followed in a full project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with responsive design and prototyping.

Nice-to-Haves ,

• Experience in the sports betting, casino, financial, or fintech sectors would be considered a plus.
• General knowledge or experience in front-end UI development (e.g., HTML/CSS) for better collaboration with development teams.
