The SIP Lead - MENATI will take responsibility for interpreting data and providing high level analytics to the Sales leadership team, to shape and improve business performance. The role will also work with the sales team to help grow the opportunity pipeline.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading sales incentive program annual roll-out to the MENATI sales organization.
- Providing analytics to improve commercial leadership visibility on business performance and propose areas of improvement/ changes.
- Working closely with Sales leader to ensure that the SIP program aligns to enterprise goals and strategy.
- Aligning SIP modelling and execution processes to Sales Incentive best practices to maximize plan effectiveness.
- Leading quarterly SIP process calendar, communication, and administration with the sales leaders and participants.
- Leading SIP execution for OFS MENAIT Businesses to ensure payout timeliness and accuracy.
- Providing the Sales Leaders with regular SIP updates for any new changes and support with their inquiries.
- Following up on the participants and helping them to be in the higher zones.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Have at least 7 years of experience in Analytics and Data Management
- Be excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Have a proven track record in sales and or proposals and be able to manage multiple projects
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have an analytical mind to be able to understand analytics and be able to suggest improvements.
- Be able to manage across teams and have good stakeholder management.
