Compensation Range: $91,000-$125,000 plus annual bonus

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

Job Purpose

The HR Project Manager is responsible for leading key HR Initiatives. This role will lead and manage various HR projects, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and objectives. This role involves collaborating with different departments, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of HR-related projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Lead, plan, and execute HR projects spanning multiple functional areas.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Ensure that all project stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Consistently review the project dependencies and risks to ensure they are being effectively managed across the relevant stakeholder groups.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure that all projects comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management to keep the organization competitive and relevant.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that project teams have the necessary skills and tools to succeed.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Work with HR leadership to secure necessary resources and support for project initiatives.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools.
  • Lead post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future projects.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within HR.
  • Project management certification is a plus.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to align HR projects with overall business goals.
Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex challenges while delivering results.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project outcomes.
Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Up to 25% (will be mainly to Corporate office in Reading, PA)
