Network Coordinator – Children with Disabilities (CWD)

Temporary contract for one year starting in October 2024

North, East and Broadland

Do you have excellent administration skills and looking for a role where you can integrate yourself within a frontline social care team?

Our Children with Disabilities service provides support to children and young people with substantial and permanent disabilities 0-18 years of age. We have 3 teams which cover Norfolk and they are multi-disciplinary, consisting of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapist Assistant Practitioners and Assistant Practitioners.

We maintain strong links with internal and external partners to ensure a holistic response to the needs of the children and families we are working with.

Our Network Coordinators provide direct support and assistance to operational Team Managers and social care practitioners, enabling them to have more time to undertake direct work with children, young people, and families.

You will be the point of contact for both internal and external customers, you will need excellent interpersonal skills. You should be confident in undertaking a range of duties with a practice focus, including the production of documents, populating spreadsheets, organising and minuting meetings. As well as associated administrative tasks, finance tasks and other duties required to support the frontline practitioners.

If you are committed to delivering first class levels of support to operational teams, want to make a difference to the lives of children and young people, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Whilst working remotely will be a key feature of this role, office-based working will be determined by the needs of the business. Our technology platform and equipment are first class enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We ask that you have in place good Broadband connectivity.
