We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi-System Administrator and telephony specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is integral in managing and optimizing our Zendesk instance and related cloud-based services to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the Zendesk platform, including ticketing systems, user management, workflows, automations, and reporting.
  • Oversee and manage the Zendesk instance across multiple brands, ensuring a scalable and standardized platform.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of automation, triggers, and workflows, using performance data to identify and address pain points.
  • Establish and maintain procedures consistent with company policies for efficient platform administration.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions using Zendesk’s API, integrations, and third-party applications to enhance system functionality.
  • Develop and manage automations such as triggers, rules, workflow processes, and chatbot mapping.
  • Automate workflows where possible
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to support new requirements
  • Act as the primary technical contact for Zendesk, troubleshooting, and resolving performance issues.
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees from necessary systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and administering Zendesk and other cloud-based systems. (5+ years experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, integrations, and automation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Zendesk Support Administrator certification preferred with knowledge of other cloud-based services, including Atlassian (Confluence, Jira, Atlas), Zapier, Front, Tableau, Slack, and Metabase.
