What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Adobe Experience Manager Back-End developer to join our team! The BE dev for AEM will play a vital role in the development, design, testing and deployment of WCM/WEM solutions and next generation web content management systems (WCMS). You will work closely with clients, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to build a state-of-the-art WCMS and solutions.

What will help you succeed
- Software development experience, mostly Java

- Solid experience working with AEM

• Thorough understanding of the building blocks of AEM
  - Experience extending AEM basic functionality, administrative areas
  - Design, develop and support WCM components, integrations and applications
  - Working knowledge and understanding of the following frameworks: JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, REST, JavaScript, JSON.
  - Experience working with MAVEN, being familiar with any AEM MAVEN archetype
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
  - Capability to design and improve internal development methodologies

- Advanced english skills

- Help to establish overarching program goals and objectives in the WCM program at a customer
- Develop AEM templates and workflows leveraging current AEM software releases using AEM Components and J2EE skill set
