Job Summary: The Registration Specialist/Archivist is responsible for assisting with the registrations and marketability for assigned product lines. Reporting to the Country Regulatory Lead, US the Specialist/Archivist will have professional interaction with the US EPA, state and local regulatory authorities, foreign regulatory authorities, trade associations, grower groups, customers and industrial partners, and competitors. This position is also responsible for the management of the archives.

JOb Responsibilities:

  • Manage UPL regulatory archives and coordinate activities with the UPL Global archivist.
  • Work with the Country Regulatory Lead, US and regulatory team members on the most effective regulatory strategies to best meet company objectives.
  • Maintains relationships with government agencies responsible for pesticide registration, working to reduce time to obtain registrations and defend products when necessary.
  • Develop working relationships with industry task forces, trade associations, and grower groups to effectively communicate the Company’s regulatory concerns and objectives.
  • Work with Marketing and R&D UPL teams on various projects.
  • Provide maintenance and support of Access database used within Regulatory Department.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ideal candidate will possess (or be working towards completion of) Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skill.
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs especially MS Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and demonstrated organizational skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Location: Position will be 100% remote and can sit anywhere in US, preferably in EST time zone.
