Contract Opportunity for VIC Curriculum Math Assessment Writers, Years 7-10

Education Perfect is an EdTech platform designed to empower educators and amplify their impact in the classroom. We aim to enable teachers to personalise learning at scale with a range of powerful learning, assessment, and insights tools, helping them and their students reach their full potential.

We require experienced Victorian Curriculum Mathematics Years 7-10 teachers to write sets of closed assessment questions that assess specific Content Descriptions in line with our content quality standards.

This opportunity might suit you if:

• You have five years experience teaching the Victorian Curriculum Mathematics and experience teaching Version 2.0 of the Victorian Curriculum
• You have experience writing robust assessment resources, with strong item-writing knowledge
• You have experience accepting and providing specific, actionable feedback on sets of closed assessment questions
• You have excellent attention to detail, time management skills and are driven to meet deadlines
• You are tech-savvy and have used online tools for visualising mathematics resources
• You can commit to a minimum of 10-20 hours per week from October 2024 to January 2025

Employment will be contract-based and payment will be made per question created. You will be working across strands and year levels using the suite of Google Applications (Docs and Sheets) and time management software to track completion.
