Job Title: Graphic Designer

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST

Compensation: USD 2000/month

Job Summary:

We are presently in search of a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, collaborating with the marketing team, and maintaining brand consistency across all projects. The ideal candidate should bring at least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with adeptness in basic tools in graphic design and a strong background in delivering high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing marketing materials, including social media posts, websites, and promotional content.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts that align with our branding strategies.

• Ensure brand consistency across all projects and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

• Meet project deadlines and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

• Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.

• Demonstrate strong graphic design and illustration skills.

• Attend meetings as assigned.

• Maintain brand consistency throughout various projects.

• Update and enforce visual style guides for use by product teams and partners.

• Maintain brand consistency throughout marketing retainer clients.

Requirements:

Must-haves:

• At least three (3) years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency environment.

• Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Asana (or similar tools), and Slack.

• Familiarity with Squarespace and Shopify Design.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts

• Attention to visual details

• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team

• Amenable to work in the PST timezone.
