IntelliBridge is looking for a DevOps Engineer to be part of a growing team in the federal sector.

This candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be adaptive to the changing needs of the organization. This candidate must have experience with building and maintaining highly effective relationships with team members and multiple stakeholders across multiple projects. The Developer shall be responsible for the development, testing, and maintenance of applications utilizing Ruby on Rails and related technologies.

Clearance:

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services—from inception and design, through deployment, operation and refinement to efficiently deliver solutions frequently with quality.
• Write code, building infrastructure as code, work with immutable “cloud” based environments, and build the supporting automated toolsets to test and deploy the systems they develop.
• As an Automation engineer, analyze, design and implement strategies for continuous deployments while ensuring high availability on the development, pre-production and production environments.
• Maintain services (and supporting cloud infrastructure) once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
• Establish strategy/toolset/framework for automating testing of services and products, develop best practices for test automation and develop test suites,
• Design, develop and implement solutions based on a set of standards and processes which establish consistency across the enterprise data, reduce risk, and promote efficiencies in support of the organization’s goals and objectives
• Develop XML based templates for document generation.
• Develops and provides training as needed
• Develops technical documentation as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Strong background in Ruby-based codebase and pipelines.
• Strong experience in deploying and managing Jenkins clusters or instances.
• 4+ years of experience in CI/CD pipelines ( Ansible, Jenkins, sonarqube, sonartype nexus, etc) and infrastructure development (AWS, cloud formation, Terraform, RDS) , windows build automation, windows system administration.
• 4+ years of experience with revision code source code repositories in particular git and SVN
• 4+ years of experience with strong and evolving competence in several programming languages and technologies, working knowledge of multiple tools sets, technologies and implementation environments
• 4+ years of experience of practical Linux-based systems administration skills and scripting experience in a Cloud-based environment.
• 4+ years of experience with automating processes with one or more scripting languages such as Ruby, Bash, and/or Python.
• Experience with .Net services build automation.
• Must be a US citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

• USCIS or DHS Experience
• 4+ years of experience and understanding of typical three-tier enterprise application architectures.
• Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is highly preferred. This includes the generation and management of security certificates used in web environments.
• Familiarity with workflows involving third-party groups for certificate management (as our infrastructure requires non-standardized workflows for custom certificates).
