DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Precisely and accurately interpret customer service information given by the provider into equivalent terminology in the patient's native language.
  • Interpretation and translation of direct service to physicians and/or other health care providers who are seeing patients who cannot speak or understand English, when specifically required by the provider.
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality by policies and standards.
  • Establish and maintain quality service and positive interaction with all patients, customers, visitors, and healthcare providers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • English Level Intermediate – advanced (B2-C1)
  • Laptop or desktop, Windows 10 or higher version
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Exceptional listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
  • Proficient enunciation and pronunciation skills, and pleasant, professional voice.
  • Highschool Degree
  • Background Check
