Provides COMPASS financial, contracting, and administrative services and subject matter experience to Defense Health Agency (DHA) Directorates (J-Staff) or other COMPASS customers, as needed. May provide operational support to Workflow (WF) and Human Capital Management (HCM) services if included in the customer offer.
Works independently, but as part of multi-corporate team, completing all general COMPASS task categories—data extraction, entry, analyses, cleansing, correction, quality control, and reporting. At direction of the Program Manager (PM), coordinates with teaming partners and customer regarding task completion and information sharing.
Completes contract scrubs, analyses, and deobligation workbooks and trains contract officer representatives and STI staff to draw impactful conclusions from the data.
Must meet the eligibility requirements for a US government issued security clearance.
STI has a corporate policy on immunizations. Must show proof of COVID vaccination or documented exception.
