Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of tasks related to the company’s Retail Marketing functions. The role is responsible, under general supervision, for providing training, advertising material review and approval, Salesforce CRM support, regional social media marketing and support for all branches in his or her respective region(s), with an emphasis on increasing market share and system adoption.
Essential Functions
- Perform training on the features and benefits of the CRM and marketing communication platforms, including technical support.
- Managing set-up of social media pages and compliance approval for Loan Officers.
- Provide on-going field support via marketing tips, training videos, and daily communication in Guild’s ticketing system.
- Gather, analyze, and approve user feedback to help enhance marketing platforms.
- Create content for regional, branch, and Loan Officer marketing, including, but not limited to, social media posts, email newsletters, and new hire / accomplishment celebrations on various platforms.
- Ensure quality and adherence to brand standards, style guides, and business communications standards.
- Collaborate on projects with graphic designers and compliance department as needed.
- Provide administrative support for marketing systems such as drip campaign management and activation of features for loan officers.
- Perform simple compliance review and approval of marketing content.
- Assist with the coordination of regional events, including industry trade shows, sales rallies, and educational events, as needed.
- Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required, along with 1-3 years recent experience in marketing role(s).
- Prior experience in real estate or the mortgage industry preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of email marketing and social media best practices
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Proficiency with data entry, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
- Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills required.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Ethical, with a c commitment to company values.
Supervision
- General to intermittent supervision required, depending on experience
- Apply sound judgment in execution of core job responsibilities
- Travel: 0 - 10%
Requirements
- Physical: Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.
- Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.
- Audio/Visual: Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation. Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio, e.g., words, numbers and other data broadcasted aloud/viewed on a screen, as well as print and other media.
- Environmental: Office environment – no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.

Targeted Salary Range: $49,000 - $66,000 annually
Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.
