As we start to build our new Technical Support team in Lithuania, we're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Controls Engineer to join us. This role is perfect for someone with strong experience in the material handling industry who would enjoy solving complex issues remotely using schematics and PLC logic.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What will you do in this role?

• Participate in the support of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software.

• Provide support in semi-complex material specification, schematic troubleshooting and appropriate follow-up.

• Participate in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction.

• Provide troubleshooting expertise to Dematic's customers.

What are we looking for?

• Educated to degree level (bachelor’s degree or higher) in Engineering or a related field.

• 3+ years’ experience in Controls Engineering within the Material Handling Industry is required.

• Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls platforms.

• Experience with controls hardware troubleshooting.

• Siemens and Modicon PLC experience a plus.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

• Strong reliability and time management skills, with a proven ability to promptly follow up, maintain punctuality, and effectively organize tasks.

• Full working proficiency in English.
