Job Description:
Position Overview: The Lead Generation Specialist will play a critical role in identifying and verifying potential clients in various industries, with a primary focus on hat producers for events like the Kentucky Derby and other horse races. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough online research to build and maintain a comprehensive and accurate list of leads. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough online research to identify potential leads in specified industries (e.g., hat milliners, fashion designers, carnival organizers).
- Verify the accuracy and relevance of lead information through various online sources and databases.
- Compile and maintain a detailed and organized database of leads, including contact information, company details, and potential needs.
- Communicate with potential leads via email or phone to gather additional information or verify details as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching out to verified leads.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify new lead opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, market research, or a similar role.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to gather information from various online sources.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using lead generation tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the fashion, carnival, or event planning industries is a plus.
