We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator/Sales Talent Sourcer to join our efficient and productive recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at identifying top talent and managing the early stages of the recruitment process.
Source and identify potential candidates using various channels and tools
Review applications and resumes of candidates to assess their fit for the role
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to meet hiring goals
Manage and update the candidate database and ATS (Ashby)
At least 1 year of experience in sales recruiting or sales talent sourcing in the US market, preferably in a tech startup or tech recruitment agency
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Proficiency in using recruitment and AI tools, ATS, and social media platforms for sourcing (Ashby, LinkedIn, Perplexity, etc.)
Equipment and strong internet connection for remote work
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Competitive base compensation: $650-$1,000 per month (negotiable based on location and experience)
Quarterly performance-based bonuses: $1,155-$4,305 (uncapped)
