Bnberry is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our property management and channel management software solutions. As a Product Designer, you will lead efforts to craft beautiful and functional designs, from initial research to final product launch. You will work closely with product owners, conduct user research, and collaborate with developers to bring your ideas to life, ensuring that our software meets the needs of users across the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users, focusing on property managers and hospitality professionals.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to test concepts and communicate design ideas.
  • Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with our product vision and enhance the user experience.
  • Work closely with product owners to translate business requirements into functional and aesthetic designs.
  • Collaborate with developers throughout the design implementation process, ensuring that the final product matches your vision and is technically feasible.
  • Continually iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Conduct usability tests and use data-driven insights to refine designs, ensuring that the end product is both functional and easy to use.
  • Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working on property management or channel management software is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the challenges and workflows in the hospitality or real estate industry, including booking systems, reservations, and property management.
  • 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a technology or hospitality-related industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving skills, and user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and abile to create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and usability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to approach complex design challenges with creativity and critical thinking.
