At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

Join Our Team

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will define product positioning, feature packaging, and pricing strategies for our suite of financial services solutions, including loans, instant deposits, debit cards, and more. Your primary focus will be cross-selling these valuable services to our existing GoDaddy Payments customers. This role is a hybrid between Product Marketing Management (PMM) and Go-to-Market (GTM), requiring a deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, campaign execution, and audience development.

You’ll ensure that our customer’s voice is reflected in the product value propositions, creating a differentiated message that resonates with everyday entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses. You will work closely with product management leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key partners to successfully launch these solutions into the market, delighting our customers and driving company growth.

What you'll get to do...

  • Deliver Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling messaging and positioning for our financial services offerings across various channels.
  • Customer Research and Insights: Develop insights and recommendations through qualitative and quantitative customer research to ensure our products meet the needs of our target market.
  • Pricing and Packaging: Support analysis to develop pricing strategies and SaaS bundling that enhance customer value and business growth.
  • Lifecycle Marketing and Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of customer lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring the right messaging reaches the right audience at each stage of the customer journey.
  • Audience Development and Segmentation: Develop and refine ideal customer profiles and audience segments to optimize cross-sell opportunities and improve engagement with our financial services solutions.
  • Experimentation and Testing: Run experiments within product surfaces to test new features, messaging, and offers, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize for better customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate on Product Launches: Work within the Product Marketing team to support major product launches, and independently lead the launch of new product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and sales.
  • Competitive and Market Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive and market analysis to inform messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Content Development: Create content for our financial services offerings that drives product consideration and supports sales enablement.

Your experience should include...

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, with 4+ years in SaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience in payments or financial services solutions.
  • Proven experience in customer lifecycle marketing, launching campaigns, developing audiences, and creating ideal customer profiles.
  • A strong understanding of small business customers and their unique challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling product messaging and positioning that drives customer engagement.
  • Experience running experiments and testing within product surfaces to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with both self-serve and sales-led B2B go-to-market motions.
  • A track record of success in launching new products and features.
  • Experience in conducting customer research and in-market testing.
  • High comfort level in a fast-paced environment with a "test & learn" approach.

You might also have...
