We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs to support our e-commerce front-end, retention email/SMS campaigns, and paid advertising efforts. This role requires proficiency in various design tools and platforms, with a strong focus on Shopify merchandising, email/SMS segmentation and creative support, and social media ad content.
Responsibilities:
Content Support:
- Develop and design engaging visual content for our e-commerce platform, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines and merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching graphics for email and SMS campaigns, including segmentation setup and creative support.
- Ensure high-quality, visually appealing content for paid advertising across social media platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
E-commerce Front-End:
- Design and optimize graphics for Shopify merchandising, including product images, banners, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of visual elements into the Shopify platform.
Retention Email/SMS:
- Create visually striking designs for email and SMS marketing campaigns, including layout design, imagery, and call-to-action elements.
- Assist in setting up and segmenting retention campaigns, ensuring that all creative content meets quality standards and drives engagement.
Paid Ads Uploading:
- Design and upload creatives for paid ads across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
- Optimize ad visuals based on performance metrics and feedback, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Experience with Shopify and understanding of e-commerce merchandising best practices.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and SMS campaign design.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, including Meta and TikTok.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
