Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Lead data-driven campaigns and product positioning rooted in deep customer and market understanding across all marketing channels, including CRM, digital, social media, performance marketing and affiliate marketing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government officials and agencies to advocate for policies that support the company's growth.
  • Represent the company at government meetings, industry conferences, and public forums to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with the Binance community, partners, and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement activities.
  • Plan and implement community-building strategies via various local social channels and offline events to drive engagement and foster a sense of community among our users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in marketing, operations, government/community relations or a similar role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or tech industry.
  • Proven experience launching and managing community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, managing social media platforms)
  • Deep understanding of the GCC region.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic required.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
  • Experience in government relations and policy advocacy is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends and have a liking for the industry
  • Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
  • Strong ability to multitask and work quickly under tight daily deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
