About the Role:

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive our demand generation efforts. This role reports to the Sr Director, Marketing and will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and other key stakeholders to leverage a broad spectrum of digital and traditional marketing methods. You will be pivotal in planning, building and executing omni-channel campaigns aimed at driving awareness, engagement, and demand for DoseSpot and pVerify products. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and delivering campaigns that align with our corporate marketing KPIs and achieve our strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, build, and execute outcome-based omnichannel marketing campaigns to generate leads and strengthen the sales pipeline

  • Demand Generation: Implement and develop content for targeted demand generation campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and content distribution, to generate and nurture leads

  • Events Management: Coordinate and manage the logistics of industry events, webinars, and trade shows, including vendor selection, scheduling, promotion, and on-the-ground execution in close collaboration with the sales team

  • Messaging & Positioning: Craft clear, compelling lead generation messaging and create aligned assets (e.g., landing pages, event materials, social media content) to effectively engage target audiences at various campaign touchpoints

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product management, sales, and creative teams to execute marketing initiatives that support sales objectives

  • Campaign Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Measure and analyze campaign performance, generating actionable insights and best practices to optimize ongoing campaigns. Regularly report key metrics and strategic impact to the head of marketing and executive leadership

  • Continuous Refinement: Develop and refine persona-based customer journeys, leveraging trends and insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies for better engagement and conversion

  • Budget Execution: Manage the marketing budget for your product segment, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and spending aligns with the planned activities

  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers and prospects during events, webinars, and other marketing activities to tell the DoseSpot & pVerify story

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Experience:

    • At least 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, omni-channel marketing, and events management

    • Experience in health tech or a related industry is strongly preferred

  • Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, along with the ability to identify other channels

    • Familiar with the lead process and ability to track KPI’s on the process

    • Practical experience using marketing tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn advertising, Google Ads RollWorks, WordPress or other like software/marketing platforms

    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful data-driven marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences

    • Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    • Team player with strong collaboration skills

    • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results
