As an Outbound Account Executive you will:
- Own the prospecting! You'll be responsible for finding, qualifying and closing outbound deals for Thematic
- Generate new leads through networking and cold calling, as well as leveraging marketing-generated opportunities
- You'll create proposals and negotiate pricing
- You'll leverage a broad set of sales tools and practice good sales hygiene
- Ultimately, you'll help product-focused companies streamline their customer understanding
Requirements
To ace this role you will have:
- 5+ years experience in an outbound sales role
- Experienced with selling B2B SaaS technology, CX or Market Research Solutions
- Thrive in situations where you're accountable for your own success and can be "your own CEO"
- Experience navigating enterprise level-deals and gaining stakeholder buy-in
- Curiosity in learning customer situations and needs in order to show business impact
- Demonstrated track record of closing full-cycle deals
- Experience analyzing outbound campaign data and recognizing when and how to make adjustments
- Know how to build a quality pipeline that delivers the results
- Able to leverage LinkedIn to its fullest
- Effectively and accurately manage forecasts
- Work remotely from the Eastern Time Zone of the US
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in the market research, customer insights, UX, or CX
- Experience selling with partners
- Passion for AI and an understanding of its opportunities and limitations
The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 with an uncapped commission.
