Local SEO Management:

  • Implement Local SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings for our clients.
  • Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings.
  • Perform keyword research and manage local citations.
  • Track and report on SEO performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone, addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in SEO, Management, Sales & Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience

- In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in Customer Service & Local SEO Management

- With deep background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge about Google My Business (GMB), keyword research, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)

- Familiarity with the U.S. market is a plus

- Excellent customer support via email, chat and phone, addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly

- Strong persuasive and results-driven mindset

- Ability to resolve client issues and maintain a high level of client satisfaction

- Handle online reputation management and respond to customer reviews
