• Responsible for gathering and capturing accurate quantitative and qualitative info for their pod(s)/features(s)

• Ensures clarity and alignment with comms for their pod(s)/feature(s)

• Responsible for execution and prioritization of Risk Management in their pod(s)/feature(s)

• RCA ownership of their pod(s)/feature(s)

• Process ownership of their pod(s)/feature(s).

• Backups for peers and the role below. Optional growth opportunity to be back up for the role above.

• Achieved alignment in their TCM/DB using the Quality Triangle

• Successfully managed their PoCs and stakeholders for their TCM/DB through the relationship and connection.
