As a Senior Marketing Manager – GMS Capabilities and Alliances, you will play a pivotal role in driving a specific set of NCC Group’s managed services capabilities marketing strategy and execution in North America. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives that build profile and pipeline to deliver growth.

Key accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a results-driven marketing plan that aligns with company and capability goals and objectives, Define and communicate a strong value proposition for services within the capabilities and Identifies buyer journeys for priority services within the capability.
  • Campaign Management: Responsible for the planning, execution, and analysis of global multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, events, email, and more working with colleagues across the team from conception through to completion, that can be easily tailored and implemented across channels by regional teams.
  • Partner Management: Work with the team to manage our Splunk relationship, being the go-to-person for their marketing team and delivering on join activity.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance NCC Group (and its brands) brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats and use this information to refine marketing strategies.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and oversee the capabilities content strategy, ensuring that it resonates with the target audience and supports marketing objectives where appropriate working with colleagues in the team e.g. analyst relations, PR
  • Digital Marketing: Working with the regional digital marketing teams, design and implement digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilise data and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, make data-driven decisions, and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
  • Vendor Management: Work with external agencies, contractors, and freelancers as needed to support marketing initiatives.
  • Share best practice and insight with colleagues across the team and ensure clear guidance to regional marketing teams for local implementation
  • Business Partnering: Ability to partner with business area by collaborating on marketing strategy, planning and providing regular updates and marketing support to business area
  • Managing, coaching and mentoring; everyone has a role to play in the development of colleagues and junior members of the team.
