What we're looking for
Our client, a leading American performance marketing agency specializing in DTC brands, is seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer with expertise in Google Ads. The ideal candidate will drive customer engagement and sales through strategic campaign management, and will bring experience working with the US region and targetting ads directly to consumers across America.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) to maximize ROI for DTC clients.
- Perform in-depth keyword research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to optimize bids and ad placements.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure KPIs and ROAS goals are met or exceeded.
- Analyze campaign data and deliver detailed performance reports, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
- Manage and oversee retargeting campaigns, audience segmentation, and custom audience strategies.
- Manage to optimize all sorts of budgets and get the most out of every campaign.
- Analyze results and create reports for clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, particularly for DTC brands.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and customer acquisition, preferrably with American brands.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Expertise in Google Ads tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
- Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner).
- Advanced knowledge of campaign optimization techniques such as bid management, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with tracking, attribution models, and performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to present data and insights to clients.
- Ability to work in a small team and owning the campaigns across Google.
