Who are we looking for?

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business, Management, or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years of related prior experience in a similar role ( Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, and/or Product Owner)
• Experience within high-growth & scaled and international organizations
• Experience with educating teams on software delivery practices at an individual and at a team level
• Previous experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and/or Confluence
• Hands-on experience in remote facilitation tools (ex. Miro, Mural, or other)
• Excellent oral and written communication in English
• Previous experience in a Software Engineering role would be considered a plus
• Agile and Project Management certifications and training would be considered a plus

What will you be doing?

• Onboard colleagues or cross functional teams on Software Delivery frameworks and relevant practices ( e.g Scrum, Kanban or other relevant )
• Plan, facilitate ceremonies such as Daily Scrums, Plannings, and Retrospectives in a remote and international environment, ensuring that actionable outcomes are produced and followed up.
• Coordinate with other delivery teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders, to manage risks, dependencies, and impediments
• Ensure deliverable accountability across the cross functional team members
• Ensure that delivery teams run efficiently at the right pace and deliver quality outputs according to our customer's needs and expectations.
• Inform line managers on issues that need to be addressed around members performance in a professional context
• Monitor and take action on metrics related to the quality and stability of the team’s deliverables
• Aim for self-organized and autonomous teams to deliver on their commitments and cooperate effectively
