Frontend developer

Authenticating.com (Santa Monica, California) is looking for a talented, hard-working, India-based developer on our engineering team to be a utility player. Authenticating.com provides Identity Verification as a Service and other essential products and services to prevent fraud, add trust and safety, mitigate risk, deter theft, stop loss, protect assets, and ensure the most well-informed decisions based on accurate, verifiable data.

The primary role will be to develop, maintain, and support our products, services, and back-office technologies, which are required to operate the business from the top down and front to back.

You must be able to multi-task and manage many responsibilities at a time. You must also be comfortable contacting clients, team members, vendors, etc., through various channels. Problem-solving skills and initiative are fundamental requirements of the position and the determining factors in your evaluation. You will be co-developing and independently developing several products simultaneously and will be expected to organize and document your efforts diligently. You must annotate the Jira and Trello boards we use frequently and update the team regularly.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. They must translate user and business needs into functional front-end design using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in front-end development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as React.
• Experience building object-oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Are skilled in UI Development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JSON, and API usage.
• Interest in, understanding of, or experience with Agile development methodology.
• Enthusiastic and energetic about solving the problems we face.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a goal-oriented personality.
• Experienced carrying a high workload in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment and relentlessly focused on impact.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• It is good to have;
• Experience with or understanding React Native.
• Experience with or understanding of backend processes & Node.js.
