As a Sales Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for executing the sales strategy and building a market position for multiple clients. You will do this by working across the entire sales cycle, from prospecting, lead qualification, nurturing opportunities, and closing deals, under the supervision of the country manager.
You’ll work with our customers who are thetop 5 financial institutions of Thailand and leverage a real-time Enterprise Fraud Solution platform which is the best in class in machine learning technique which is recognized in Gartner Market Guide for Online Fraud detection.
Driving strategic sales initiatives into the region, primarily focusing on financial services, telecom, and large conglomerates
Negotiate pricing and close contracts (with the support of senior management)
Identify the customer’s business issues and performance pain points and translate them into compelling solutions and vision
Collaborate with pre-sales feeding them with business insights and deal intelligence to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
Maintain a high level of productivity, managing multiple competing priorities and working effectively under time constraints
Self-starter with the ability to work independently & also cooperate with others enthusiastically
Strong track record of hitting established targets and enjoying working in a rapidly changing environment
Strong experience with consultative technology B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Banking/Insurance, and Software Sales (SaaS Enterprise software) is a must
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or its equivalent (MBA will be an added advantage)
6+ years of experience in direct B2B sales and experience in a startup environment is preferred, but not required
Strong experience and skills in prospecting and closing deals
Strong track record of hitting established targets and enjoying working in a rapidly changing environment
Annual Bonus: 1-2 Months (Corporate Performance)
