We seek a skilled freelance Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in US staffing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, particularly in building relationships with implementation partners. This role is critical in driving growth and establishing a strong foothold in the market.

NOTE:

The BDM is expected to independently generate their leads, as no support from a research analyst or lead generator will be provided."

Requirements

  • Proactively generate new leads and secure clients, focusing on obtaining staffing requirements and building long-term business relationships.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with implementation partners, successfully onboarding them as clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized staffing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Demonstrate strong sales and negotiation skills, effectively closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of non-IT consulting and services, leveraging this knowledge to meet client needs.
  • Work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong drive to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within the US staffing industry.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, particularly within the implementation partner ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of non-IT consulting and services is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in the consulting industry is a plus.
