Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across email, push, SMS, in-app messaging, direct mail, and more.
- Lead the development and implementation of CRM initiatives to personalize user experiences and maximize customer lifetime value across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate CRM tools and capabilities into our app/website.
- Analyze user behavior, segmentation, and performance metrics across channels to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Design and manage A/B tests and experiments to iterate on messaging, targeting, and user flows across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging campaigns.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track performance and provide regular insights to key stakeholders across all channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lifecycle marketing and CRM.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, retention, CRM, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience at a two or three-sided marketplace is preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing and CRM strategies that drive measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to take action on insights found.
- Experience working hands-on with Google Analytics (GA4), SQL, Amplitude, and other analytics tools
- Experience working hands-on with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. Specific experience salesforce marketing cloud a must
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term while also rolling up your sleeves and executing at a tactical level
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
